c. Clients are responsible for any fees or expenses incurred by Limra Digital Agency up to the point of cancellation.

Rescheduling Services:

a. Clients may request to reschedule their services with Limra Digital Agency by providing written notice at least 07 days prior to the scheduled start date.

b. Limra Digital Agency will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability and project timelines.

c. Any changes to the scope or timeline of the project resulting from rescheduling may impact pricing and deadlines, and will be communicated to the client accordingly.


a. Refunds for canceled services will be issued in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement or proposal.

b. In some cases, deposits or upfront payments may be non-refundable, especially if work has already commenced or resources have been allocated.

Force Majeure:

a. Limra Digital Agency reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services without liability in the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government regulations.

b. In such cases, Limra Digital Agency will make reasonable efforts to notify clients as soon as possible and work with them to minimize any disruption to the project.
